Upon arrival guests enjoyed custom created cocktails, appropriately named “W.I.N.O” (a blend of sauvignon blanc, vodka, watermelon juice, simple syrup, lemon & soda water)and delicious passed hors dourves including spring rolls, scallops wrapped in bacon, and beef tenderloin along with food stations including my favorite: The Mediterranean Station, a beautiful display of grilled vegetables, marinated olives, cheeses, and hummus with warm pita in this unique restaurant and concert venue right in the heart of the super cool West Loop!
And for those of you who know me personally, no event is complete without a sweet treat! So you can imagine how excited I was to see that Sugar Bliss provided mini red velvet and devils food cupcakes! I was excited to enjoy one with our good friend and fabulous wedding planner Desiree Dent, of Dejanae Events.
We always enjoy mingling with fellow wedding planners, photographers and venue managers at these events hosted by The Knot. We danced the night away to the fabulous sounds of The Chicago Players Band and our friend Robert Mazur, of R.E.M. Photo and Video captured the evening on video and film. What a great event to kick off our Fall Wedding Season!
