We had a great time at Chicago Style Weddings 2013-2014 magazine launch on July 9. We were greeted by the amazing spanish music from The Salcedo Group while the incredible team at the newly opened Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile, wowed us with amazing food, drinks and exceptional service.
Guests enjoyed champagne and cocktails and delicious passed hors dourves including mini beef wellington, asparagus and asiago wrapped in puff pastry, chicken satay skewers, gorgeous sushi rolls, vegetarian spring rolls and bruschetta in their beautiful ballroom.
Delicious desserts were provided by Bittersweet Pastry which included French Macarons, Cupcakes, Tarts and treats. And if pastries weren’t enough, Forever Yogurt showcased the “Forever Kiosk” an elegant self-serve frozen yogurt station which is sure to be a hit at any wedding or special event. I enjoyed Salted Caramel Popcorn Yogurt with crumbled waffle cone pieces and it was absolutely delicious!
And as a special treat for our drive home, Garrett Popcorn provided their famous Chicago Mix as favors…and if you were wondering, I polished off the entire bag before we arrived home!
