Our April Association of Bridal Consultants meeting was held at the beautiful Bartlett Hills Golf Club hosted by vendor member Mary Gearhart. Our speaker for the evening was Master Wedding Vendor, Kris Malandruccolo, owner of Elegant Videos by Kris. Kris put together a wonderful presentation on “The Power of Video” to help better serve today’s tech savvy Brides & Grooms. Kris shared with us how important video is to preserve and capture memories and emotions to be shared with future generations for years to come. In a recent survey conducted by Breakthrough Marketing 98% of newlyweds recommend that Brides have their wedding videotaped. She also shared with us some new and innovative video concepts including Love Story Video, “movie” concept videos and even an MTV Style video of the bride in her wedding dress!
When hiring a Videographer for your Wedding make sure he or she is a member of a trade organization such as WEVA (The Wedding and Event Videographers Association), to ensure you are hiring a dedicated professional who will document and preserve your memories.
