Northwestern University’s Dance Marathon is here again! Over 1400 Northwestern University students will dance this weekend March 6-8 for 30 hours to raise money for The Starlight Children’s Foundation dedicated to improving the life of kids who are critically and chronically ill and their families by partnering with pediatric hospitals around the world. NU Alum and Something 2 Dance 2 Owner DJ Jay Sims, takes on his 19th year as DJ for this amazing event. It is one of the best events we are involved in all year!  Jay’s favorite part of the event is at the the end during the check presentation…seeing all of those tears and smiling faces after 30 long hours is heartwarming.

In 2014, NU students raised over $1.3 million dollars and they hope to exceed that goal again this year for The Starlight Children’s Foundation. If you would like to check out live footage all weekend long or to make a donation, please visit www.nudm.org  #MakeLifeBright
